THE PREPARATION:

First of all, you will need a few important items: 1 large pan (at least 6 litres), a thermometer, a snow blade or a map and possibly a hydrometer. Above all, it is important that everything is clean and sterile. Tip: use soda for that. Clean and hygienic work is the most important requirement when braying. IPA:

2: Jetzt die restlichen Pulver hinzufügen und wieder rühren.

3: Then the addition of the bitter hops and the mashing up again

4: Let the mixture boil gently for 60 minutes without a pan lid. In the last quarter of the cooking process, the aroma is added and so is 190 grams of crystal sugar. Do not use the pan lid at all, so that fluffy substances can escape.

ALCOHOL LEVEL KNIVES:

The starting and finishing weights and alcohol levels referred to here are only estimates, as they depend on the type of brains used. The alcohol level should be measured using the formula:
